I've been reading some discussions around the psychological impact of exploring need in this context. Does the act of simulating real intimacy by means of a doll, with piercings as a component, have any subconscious or unconscious effects on users? Could it potentially trigger anxieties related to vulnerability, bodily autonomy, or even trauma? Are there particular psychological triggers that may well be present with such imagery?
