Does the bill contain private information?
We offer multiple payment options, including credit cards, bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna installment plans. The billing information will display our company name, Hong Kong Grace Profit, but will not include any sensitive details like product names or the store name, ensuring your privacy.


Shipping Questions

What shipping methods do you use?
For in-stock dolls, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. If the doll is out of stock, it will be shipped by air from China, arriving in 6-10 business days. Customized dolls take about 1 week to produce. Before shipping, we’ll send photos for your approval. Once confirmed, we’ll provide a tracking number within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping for customized dolls is by sea, taking approximately 30 business days. For faster delivery, select our air freight option at checkout, which takes about 1 week.

Why is there no shipping itinerary for my package?
If you’re not seeing updates on your package’s shipping status, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We’ll provide the necessary details to track your order.


Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

  • For orders canceled within 6 hours of payment, a full refund will be issued within 5 days.
  • For orders canceled more than 6 hours after payment but before shipping, a 20% handling fee will be deducted.
  • If you reject the package upon delivery or cancel the order after shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and a 20% handling fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items.
